The source of teacher work stress: a factor analysis approach

This research is motivated by work stress among teachers with various negative impacts on physical, mental, and performance health. The purpose of the study was to determine level teacher its sources in South Sulawesi. method used a survey factor analysis approach. subjects were data collection technique questionnaire. Then it analyzed quantitatively descriptively. Quantitative validity reliability which declared statistically valid. results showed that Sulawesi moderate, trend 41.9%. category based six stress, namely (1) welfare; (2) teaching; (3) students; (4) relationships conflicts; (5) organizational climate; (6) time dimension dominant or general source comes from welfare factors teaching factors, while other are student climate. approach shows indicators combined only one variable.
